I was told by the Customer Service Mgr that I should take out any thing of value but I wasn't required to. When the courier picked it up, they didn't even want the key. They said the Service Center would have a master to open it up. Well, guess what, the Service center didn't have a key and I had to overnite the key to them. We didn't worry about most of the items in the rig, dishes, silverware, games, pots and pans etc. If someone up there took them than they needed them more than us. Nothing was taken. We did take pictures of the outside just in case it showed up at the Service Center with damage. I took the pictures while the courier had it hitched up and was ready to go. I was sure to get pics of his truck hooked up to it.

I was going to take pictures of the trailer before as well but I was told I had to take it to a explore USA and the courier would come and get it from there. I wasn't going to wait around for him because who knows how long that would be

If Explorer is the one that botched all the repairs to begin with, how can you even trust them to ship your coach & not someone else's without someone holding their hand & a map.

They told me that they needed a dealership closest to me that was crossroads redwood certified for me to take it to because of insurance reasons they couldn't pick it up from me direct at my location

A lot of this was botched from explore USA but a lot of it also originated straight from the factory that explore themselves also overlooked

When you send it, do not lock the deadbolt. The factory has universal keys that will unlock the main lock but the deadbolt is unique.

Another thing that I asked RW as wel is how can we go through with this as a brand new trailer from explore USA and they can't find or fix brand new issues but 6 months from now here comes annual inspection and you want me to trust them to take more money from me to say it looks good to them because they sure as heck can't fix something if there to lazy to find it first. I asked if I can use anybody else but explore USA because I simply won't go back to the idiots I bought it from. And they were to get back to me with a list of places I can use with in a 100 miles of me that is not explore USA Sad thing is I think that's the only place in texas for RW

Ok here is the weird thing with that on the deadbolt issue. On our main entry door. Exploder USA has botched it up so much of you don't deadbolt it the door pops open on its own even traveling down the road So that one has to be locked. We can only go through the bonus room entry door and that one even has issues as well but it at least stays closed So in zip tiying a set of keys in the under compartment section with a email showing it to redwood since they have keys to get into those areas

I would love to see your list when you get it. I won't take mine back to Exploreusa or another Crossroads dealer recommended to me by Redwood. Both are 100 to 150 miles from where I am at in Northwest Louisiana. I need to find a dealer for my 2 year inspection in 6 months. Not a lot of options if they require a Redwood or Crossroads Dealer.
