2017 RW 38RE - desk fell out

how do I purchase new sliders for the desk slide under living room TV? dealers in Denver will not fix it. it fell out while traveling from Phoenix to Denver even though it was pushed in all the way.

Home depot, lowes
Any of the hardware stores have them

The ones that come in it are special - they are not as heavy duty as the ones they sell at Lowe's and others. Heavy duty is what you need.

Special in that you probably won't find any as cheaply made in any hardware store.
If I recall KZ makes a heavy duty one that once fully closed have a built in catch so the cheapo plastic catch in the back wouldn't be necessary

Exactly. And if they had learned to install them correctly, I could reeplace the latch on my spice rack. They installed them so the release lever is to the rear and can't be gotten to. Some of the other drawers have the same problem, and latch problems too. I need to replace the latch for the desk, and the only way I can get to it is to remove the fireplace.
