2+5 Warranty Document

Hello,
Does anyone have a copy of the Redwood 2+5 warranty document that covered Redwoods in 2014?
I begged and pleaded for one when I bought my trailer and never received it. The dealer said they didn't have it and Redwood never would send it after several requests.
As you know I'm dealing with full body paint issues and I'd be curious to see if there is any mention in it about paint.
I am willing to pay for any costs to get a copy, I have contacted a couple other Redwood owners and they don't have it either .... any Help is Greatly appreciated!

I found it on line by googling it and was able to save in Adobe. The file is:
Redwood-RV-Users-Guide-Owners-Manual-5th Wheel--RV-PDF. It's printed (I think) in 2011. But it's the same as the manual supplied with our new owner kit. Hope you can find it!

Thanks. I found it. Does anyone have anything more current? This neither includes or excludes paint so at this point I believe they are saying paint is covered by the 2year portion as a matter of convenience.

I would think this is their catch all to eliminate any warranty against paint fading
"Damage or loss caused in whole or in part by exposure to natural or atmospheric elements, corrosive chemicals, ash or fumes generated or released by vehicles, collision, road hazards, rock chips, condensation, or any other source;"

Yes I read that. I'm sure they feel that gives them the right for denial for anything.
I challenge you though to find one word in any part of any owners manual or warranty document saying anything about paint. Not one word I can be found even in the excluded items. Nothing about maintaining it, nothing about warranty coverage of it, nothing at all. They talk about gel coat but absolutely nothing about paint care, maintenance, or warranty.

I heard there were a couple of different shops that did the painting, depending on how busy Redwood got. I wonder if you found out who did they painting if they would take care of it for you. Kind of like fantastic Fan taking care of things after Redwood denied.

I wonder with the vin number the dealer might be able to figure that out? I'm sure Redwood wouldn't be of any help.

Ours was painted in February of 2013 and I still have the four touch up paint containers. The shop was:

Precision Painting, Inc
730 High Road
Bremen IN. 46506

(574) 546-4473

I looked online and that phone and address is still correct.

Yup, they also painted mine... They sent me some extra touch up paint along with the paint codes..

Thanks! Looked at my touch up paint and the same company did mine. I will give them a call on Monday and see what they have to say.
