We did get a vin number - is there somewhere online we can check the progress like we did when we ordered our Audi ?

If not, who can we call to check the status ?

thanks in advance ! and sorry for the thread hijack
This sounds exactly like what we did, am getting a 38BR. I'm told it should be here this week but don't have a date or anything yet. I think I'm going to call the factory and see if they can give me more specifics.

After we couldn't get the dealer to return calls, my husband called the factory. I guess he got the number from the website. They ask for the last four numbers of the vin & they told him right away where it was. But once the transport company picked it up from the factory, it was in limbo for a week until it showed up at our dealer a week later.

Waiting was so hard!!! Hubby just came in & said to be ready to head to campground in 30 minutes!! Here we go!!!

Our Dealer was good about giving us status - in fact it was on the dot to when he said it would be there when we placed the order. The Rep was a big help in that as well. I love it when they are honest.

The dealer warned us though - when it goes to transport it falls into the dark side of the moon for a while, because it is no longer tracked once it leaves the factory. It could be rolling, or it could end up in a staging area waiting for a ride. Edited by: atom ant

Nice talking to you too!

We have an appointment on August 7 to fix the paint on the corner of the slide & we are going to let them set up for direct tv service. The only way we can get service is to bypass the rv wiring & run it straight from satillite to box to tv. We have tried every cable we could find.

Thanks again for all the help
