Around here the average time a home spends on the market is less than 90 days so good luck.

It took me 14 months to sell mine in Ankeny. Finally sold it end of March and that was after numerous price reductions. After what turned out to be a bad decision on home ownership, I decided that full timing was the right lifestyle for me. I never want to be stuck with a house again...especially with how often I move for my job.

We ordered the 8k axles and upgraded the tires. I like the over kill than just barely enough. Good luck with the new rig.

I think both were in the area of 2500. not sure. but I like the extra I'm getting. would rather spend money on that than the full body paint. we also got the gen to power when dry camping. good luck

We purchased our 36FL last Jan and it was delivered last week in Feb 12. We have traveled over 20K miles in our Redwood coach. We had mishap recently, blew 2 tires on the passenger side. We did not upgrade the tires and wheels and when we purchased our coach, the upgrade on the axels was not available. I am now upgrading wheels and tires (wheels will be Sendel T04 model rated at 3750 lbs and Tires will be G rated). We are not full timers but are retired. We love our Redwood and have enjoyed all of our travels. Best wishes on your Redwood coach.

Best Regards,
