This July we'll have had our 2012 36RE for two years. We store it inside during the Palm Springs winters as we have a home here. Summers we travel 2,000 to 3,000 miles, mostly up to the Pacific Northwest.
Issues:
Original Dometic fridge replace with new Norecold by Redwood (Overheating on propane and Fire danger)
3 leaking jacks replaced under warranty
Auto leveling had to be reset as dealer never set it up (quite a job!)
A few other minor things, but all repairs were done by independent mobile techs at our RV site and Redwood reimbursed us within 10-days.
Mod's Done
Replaced all overhead lighting with LED's
Just ordered Trail-Air pin box to help cut down chucking on bumps
Replaced queen bed with new Tempurpedic King
