Kevin at Windish has been excellent at getting me replacement parts for mine. I send him pics of the defect, he calls me when they are in. Are you working with him? He is the Redwood Warranty Manager at Windish.

Dealer called today to advise our new 38RL had arrived. We plan to head to Md Monday for PDI etc. Then...dealer called back & said everything looks as ordered except the Goodyear "H" rated tires & 17.5" rims were somehow omitted & will take another week to ship. It was Redwood's error.. Not off to a good start!

Congratulations on the delivery!! Always exciting. Don't let the wheels and tires get you down, there is plenty of stuff to go through in the meantime. I'm assuming they will let you take delivery before the tires and wheels get here?

It is a little complicated. We are in Pittsburgh, dealer is 250+ miles away in MD so we are trying to convince them to ship the replacements to Pittsburgh(I don't mind changing them) and we can go ahead with the PDI & delivery on Monday. We were planning on an extensive PDI anyway but with this major screw up, I am very concerned about what else we may find! We do have a decent "weather window" so we want to go ahead w/ delivery & get back across the mountains ASAP. I have really enjoyed the forum and the information I have gathered here thus far. Thanks for all the input.

When we purchased, there was no RW dealer in Maryland. With whom are you dealing?

Just a note.

I if anyone is looking to purchase a new redwood, D& N CAMPER SALES in Memphis, tn has the best pricing, trade, dealer prep, and after sale service that I have ever experienced. I traded a 06 talon and a 13 redhawk c at the same time and got better than I could have sold it for, heck of a lot simpler.

Just thought I would pass the word as I am very pleased with my whole REDWOOD experience purchased in August. We have racked up approximately 7500 miles and overnited 5 weeks between home, which is in Tennessee, to MS FL.MT AND NC with only loose screw issues. LOVE LOVE LOVE the coach. This my tenth rv purchase since 1981, and have worked out of the last five, so I have a lot of time in the saddle. I have also built 2 semi conversions and 3 car haulin trailers in the driveway, or at lowes myself. I say that to say I believe that the REDWOOD is the best coach I have ever had, thus far.

Sorry, got carried away...l will stop now

I have seen 4 or 5 RWs on Leo's lot off RT 3 in Odenton. They could be the one they are going through. No one else in the area has RWs. Going to look them up and see if they can do inspections and warranty service.

My coach came from Leo's. Very good dealer, long time family owned. Their delivery was very thorough.
Scott sold me mine and I would buy another from him tomorrow. Good pricing and good people and service.
Just my .02

At this point, I am completely satisfied with my RW. Other than very minor glitches, very fixable in just a few minutes, I have zero problems, thus far.

I just saw a RW with drop in induction cooktop. We cook mostly with induction and are looking at the 2015 RW in January/February at the Texas RV shows. We have the 36RE and are leaning strongly toward the 39MB with residential appliances.

Piper_Guy, we used Leo's too and echo your experience. Great dealer. I hope Bob is still there for the next purchase...

Hmmm...never heard of these guys before, and they're not that far from us. Have you folks who have purchased at Leo's also have your service/warrranty work done there as well?

Tom, have had a couple of service dates, both went fine. Found a Crossroads dealer 5 miles from me with a good service dept (Chesaco in Joppa, MD) and have been having it serviced there as it's a 40 mile tow to Leo's.
Would not hesitate to go back to Leo's for service.
