Well maybe it's because Thor stop building the coaches in 2016, and sold out to Crossroads.
Thor sold nothing, they already owned Crossroads & Keystone along with 75%+ of the rest of the RV manufacturers.
Thor doesn't sell, they buy!
In a cost cutting move Thor rolled the Crossroads division, building Redwoods & other CRs rvs, under the management of Keystone.

Thor is still the overall owner. Crossroads is a division. Redwood was a part of Crossroads earlier. It now is part of Keystone, which is also owned by Thor.
