That is about where we run ours, 1" above the arrow, when I ran it at the arrow the air bag would occasionally bottom out.
Like Brad says it took us some experimenting to find the right position / pressure to run the pin box at.

Seems like every Redwood is little different, it depends on your floorplan, options, your stuff, how much you carry and where you load it, plus some run the fresh water full, some 1/2 and some run it empty.
It all adds up and makes everybody's weight and balance a little different.
