Hart Ranch in Rapid City S.D. Over 600 sites (all concrete), 8 laundry's, two restaurants, a filling station, a diesel mechanic on duty, and an RV mechanic on duty all on site. Easy drive to Devil's Tower, Mount Rushmore, and Black Hills Nat'l Forest, and Crazy Horse Monument. Great place to stay for a week or so. What more could you ask for?

WE TOOK OUR REDWOOD TO THE REDWOODS!!!

We left the Golden Bear RV Park in Klamath, CA. It's about in the halfway point of all the Redwood State & National Parks, so a great central location for visiting them all - we were there a week.

It's a no-frills park, but clean, grass and level paved pads, no dirt or gravel. We had a spot right on the river bank. Only problem is that those spots were designed for motorhomes, so the utility hookups are on the wrong side. But worth it to back in and have that great view out the back (I had to thank Kevin yet again for his idea to replace the sofa in the back with them). There is no internet and no AT&T reception, so we were out-of-pocket most of the time. It was kind of nice for a change.

It was also a Passport America park, so $15 a night. We WILL be back!!
