I will be transfering the plates from our existing rv so that should'nt be an issue. Our RW will be put on our annual site at a local campground for the Winter. did you get temp tags for yours? I am assuming that the state you live in may be the hold up with registration, unless CW has not sentyour paperworkinto the state. I will be seeing Diane Pope from CW tomorrow and you can bet once the papers are signed she will get an earfull from me. I would think that with the economy ready to fall off a cliff they would be kissing all the butt they could. When a client of mine buys a cruise or vacation I make a follow up call within a few days just to thank them for their purchase from my agency and send them a very nice canvas travel bag, they could have bought the package from anyone but they chose mine. I never heard a word of thanks from CW on my purchase. I buy my automobiles from a dealer that sends my wife a potted plant after we buy from them and follow up with a thank you, guess what, its only a$10.00 plant but I will continue to buy from them even if I have to spend a little extra. CW can forget ever getting another sale from me and I will go out of my way to tell everyone about how they handled my transaction.

The plates were just one thing. Took them over a month to send in the paperwork. We were given a temp transportation tag to get us to our site. The check for tags and registration was calculated wrong. All the phone conversations and discussions were generated on our part and were not followed up by CW. I won't post names, still trying to get what we were promised and paid for. They are supposed to show up this Saturday to install an awning. In the two weeks since we called them to see when it was going to get done, not one follow-up or call verifying that we are still on. I always thought DMV/MVAs had the worst customer service, not anymore. I hope everyone has and will get better service than we have. Good luck.

We purchased our RW34SK from Lazydays in Tucson, AZ. The salesman Ron Hendrickson, and the service staff headed up by Dennis Cotton were wonderful. Yes the unit was in stock so I did not go through the trials of ordering. We did have a list of 24 issues and the Lazydays tech's and Redwood have covered them all. We did stay at the Lazydays campground for five nights after taking delivery so many of these items could be addressed. So far we are very satisfied with Lazydays and the Redwood product.

We planned on purchasing a 5th wheel next Fall, and had started visiting dealers and attending shows, looking at Brookstone & Montana. During a visit to Fraserway RV in Abbotsford, BC we saw the RW 36RL, which as new RW dealers was the one model they had in stock. It is clearly superior to the other brands and both of us quickly realised this was thebrand for us, with the 36FL being ourpreferred floorplan.
Although Fraserway didn't have a 36FL on order,by working with RW they received one within 2 weeks. We were due out in Abbotsford for a sporting event on the Sunday, but the dealership was closed. Rather than have us drive out on the Saturday the salesman Ryan and manager Dave both came in to show us the unit on the Sunday.

Yes, this was the one for us, so we proudly announced that we are extremely interested in ordering one from the factory about October to December of 2013, as we plan to head South in January 2014. We received a phone call the next evening to discuss if Fraserway & RW could assist in moving up our purchase. Fraserwaymade us a great offer which includesstoring for free until next summer and will assist with providing a unit to conduct the driving test we require in BC to tow the larger trailers.

This is Fraserway's first RW sale, but with their excellent customer service and the quality of the units it won't be their last.

Congrats on your fine choice. We have a FL as well and are very pleased. I hope that it comes with the windows in the living room slide as standard, if not you might want to have them installed. They make a world of diffenence. Again Congrats and Enjoy

Oriana,

Glad you found a great dealer that worked with you. You also bought an awsome rig. We also had a great dealer Lazydays in Tucson, AZ. We thoroughly enjoy our RW34SK.
