Went to Toscano's RV in Los Banos Ca yesterday to check out the 31SL and ended the day buying a 34 SK that had just rolled in from the factory and had just finished detailing. As we looked at it over and compared it to the 31sl we decided the separate washer/dryer closet and the extra room made it the right choice for us. The only thing that it didn't have that we wanted was the G rated tires and wheels so they are going to talk to the factory to see how we can get those changed out. Once that issue is resolved we will pick up the unit. Now if some of those guys in the Central Region could get their units maybe they could start talking to the Northern CA chapter about a National Redwood RV Club Rally. Chuckle, snort, snort.

Congrats on your purchase and as for the central guys a couple of us should have them within a month or less then we'll talk rally

Big Snag on our Purchase. We told our salesman we had to have the G Rated Tires, which the coach on the lot doesn't have, so the solution we came up with was to equip the one they had on order with the G tires and just swap them when their new coach arrived. Just found out it won't be here until around the 1st of May. Ugh

There are no official chapters we are just talking out loud at this point but a few of us are talking about getting something done on this.

Re: Chapters, Sinder and I were sorta prodding the so called "Central" guys about forming chapters of a mythical Redwood RV Club half jokingly, but it has since gathered some interest and I have had a few PM's indicating interest in a real club. Maybe it is an idea whose time has come.

We have been in Colorado for 21 years but moved here from Crowley. We even for a time attended church in Burleson at the Lutheran church when Pastor Kohlmeyer was there.
