Where is the physical water pump located on 36FB

Not sure what the problem is yet but the fresh water tank if full, the water pump switch in both the plumbing bay and the convience center inside appear to be on, so the next thing to check would be the pump and filter, but since I can't hear the pump running I don't know where it is located? Please advise?

Thanks
Barry

Mine is behind a little door in the basement separator panel (had a little screw in it to begin with). It is very near that plumbing bay (Convenience Center) on the black felt panel.

The pump is located just to the back side of the rear wall of the storage compartment. Take down the rear wall of the storage compartment and you will have easy access to the pump.

After you've removed the couple dozen black screws hidden in the black felt don't put them back, staple industrial strength Velcro to the edges, saves a lot of screwing, you will be behind there again at some point believe me.

Not sure what year, but our 2014 was behind the basement wall below that little door as others have stated. The arrows in the pics point to other things (check valves) so disregard. I made pics for another purpose.

When you find the pump there will be a 3 way valve on the suction that either lines up the freshwater tank or the hose that is used to suck RV antifreeze out of a jug to winterize. I have forgotten to re-position the valve in the spring and scratch my head while I try to figure out why the pump is not pumping. Hope this is your problem and not the pump.

I got air in the strainer just upstream from the pump inlet and no water would flow. After removing the cap and filling with water, the pump began working correctly.
