Water Flow Interruption

Recently (about 2 months now) have this problem with the water flow in that while using, it suddenly stops for about 5 - 20 seconds and then comes back. Not good when you are in the shower! Does not happen everyday but at least 3x a week. We own the RV Park and control the water pressure throughout the park. We removed the water filter of the RV a year ago and don't use any. We also removed our pressure regulator which used to be connected in one end of our water hose.

Is there something we're missing? Advise please.

There is a screen that the water passes through, Have you cleaned it out?
