We met Amishco and his wife tonite. It was great to finally meet a member on here. We had talked over a few private messages a couple months ago. Great folks, wish we were going to be here for a few more days so we could share a fire. You have to check out his golf cart, matches his RW. Got to finally place a face with a name. Told my wife on the way up here I hoped they were still at the camp ground.

Are you at Old Mill Stream in Pa? If they are their now then there would have been two more. Myself & H2Oman were going to be their but we had to change our dates due to some other commitments.

We are all in Spring Gulch. Came up to see Noah at the Sight and Sound theater and spend a couple days seeing the area.

That is very nice area in Pa, we have 4 campers that go in our group and we go up to Pa every year we love just riding around looking at the country side. I have heard that the Sight & Sound theatre is nice but have not made it their yet. We stayed at Old Mill Stream last year how is Spring Gluch?

We are here as a group as well, Luray Ramblers. Spring Gulch is a nice campground, full trees and shade. Sites are huge, but a good climb up to the sites. A little tight getting in to some of the sites. Most of the campground are permanents. Amenities for kids are great. The Sight and Sound theater is amazing. I am on carb overload from all the eating the group has done.

Ipull, we are seasonal campers at SG, with it only being 6 miles from our home it serves us very well. The CG has two large swimming pools one that is heated and open until almost the end of October, a stocked fishing pond (no licence required to fish), A hot tub, a swimming pond with beach, every Saturday night a live band or DJ,planned activities for children as well as adults, a hayride andthey do Halloween each weekend in October. I agree with RF on the hill, it is a pull, but the road is paved and wide enough for two campers. they also have sights on the bottom near the office but we like the hill. please look us up when your in the area our site number is 1649.
