stubborn stains on paint

We cannot get rid of stubborn black streaks coming down from the gutters. We tried black streak remover and lots of elbow grease. The exterior is paint. All suggestions welcome. New to RVing, lots to learn.

Simple Green will do the job. Unfortunately, it is also excellent at removing wax so plan to wax the area after you finish cleaning.

Peggy, use a good cleaner wax and either some elbow grease or a few minutes with a good buffer. Good as new.
