Welcome to the Forum. It is a great information base. Just about anything that comes to mind you can find the answer here.

We took delivery of our 2014GK in June and are very happy! Issues, yes, but nothing that can't be fixed.

What kind of issues? Lucky for me my first campground will be right next door to a redwood dealer. I will be at the campground for several months due to work.

Con grats!! We picked ours up up last Friday & took it to the lake Monday. So far have only stayed in it one night but slept like a baby!

The waiting seems like forever but well worth it.

Pipeline be sure they give you 2 type 27 batteries, you will need both..If you are lucky maybe you can get 2 type 31's (Deep Cycle Type) Most of ours got them for free from the dealer...You might want to talk to your dealer as many of them carry only type 24's (too small)

I don't know about go kart's, but the batteries in RV's are hooked in parallel (unless you are running 6 V. batteries which has 2 hooked in series for 12v.) for 12v. output.

You might ck with your dealer before your unit arrives...That gives them plenty of time to get the correct size in case they don't have them in stock. At least type 27's 31's if they will get them for you...Also, most of us didn't have to pay any extra for them. They come with just 1 type 24 so they can get it to the dealer. It is advisable to check it out before you leave the dealer on your inspection day...Some dealers have been known to place the batteries outside the trailer so you can see them and fail to install them.. There are 2 battery boxes, be sure they open them and show you 2 matching brand and size batteries

Video is an excellent idea - and actually have TWO people video at the same time.... different view points and different focus

and u might 'break' up the video every once in a while... like do a different video for each 'area' ...
i.e. do the kitchen, stop the video, do the living room, stop the video, etc.. etc..

that way they are more manageable to review/refer to later...
