Our current RV park is mostly made up of pine trees. While I can put up with all the pollen and flower pods, I can't stand the stickey pine sap!

TIP: use WD40 to remove it with a soft cloth. Works like a charm. Also, it's better to get the pine sap off when it's new, but if it has dried, spray the WD40 on and let it sit a while. Do not use your fingernails to try to scrap it.
