Regarding the threads about Customer Service...

Now THIS is customer service ! Take Not Redwood, Crossroads, Thor

If you can't get to the link,
Entegra is INITIATING calls to customers after the fact to see how their ownership experience has been !

Dave didn't you get an Entegra ?
Hmmm, the next trade in may be influenced by this.

Yes I've gotten 3 of those phone calls along with a bunch of other great service from Entegra that I couldn't believe. But since this isn't an Entegra forum, I wasn't going to post anything about it.

I did keep one of those messages on my phone so if folks doubt the phone calls they can listen to it at the rally.

johnboytoo and Dave,

The follow-up call program at Integra is quite impressive. I bought my Redwood at supposedly one of the best dealers for Redwood. I never have received a thank you card or a thank you call in the last 3 1/2 years since the sale. That is very bad follow up on the part of the dealer. Glad to see that Integra is doing a much better job of at least making the customer feel they are more important than just the sale.

By the way, I have been very glad to see that Redwood is monitoring and participating in the forums here now and trying to follow up on and alleviating some of the owner's concerns.

Guy

Unless you state your dissatisfaction, in which case they ignore you.

Guy, I get tired of making the same excuse.....all the Rv companies are a like. I'm VERY impressed and overly joyed to say that it's not true......I've found a company that's different but this isn't the forum to discuss it.

You can go to irv2 and read the Entegra threads....it was worth the $$

I bought my truck a month after our RW & still get Xmas & birthday cards from that dealer & I suspect they sell more vehicles annually than the rv dealer sells rvs.

I got a call from both my salesman as well as the sales manger along with a box of hand made flavored popcorn and some other goodies.

Serious guys - 1/4 to 1/2 $M motorhomes and you comparing your follow up calls to our boxes of chocolate!

Seriously though, I was a little disappointed I didn't get any kind of follow up from the manufacturer. I did get a box of chocolate from the Dealer although it melted somewhere in transit. A follow up call would have given me a warm fuzzy....... A sincere follow up call would have even given me a warmer fuzzy! ..... A follow up call with follow through on any problems would have been like a huge hug!

I still get calls on my birthday from the Cadillac dealer I bought from 4 years ago. Also the new GM I just purchased they have called times in the last 3 weeks . I have only had it for 3 weeks. To me that is what sales are all about.keeping your customer happy brings repeat business and is the best for of advertising you can get. As a happy customer will recommend the product to others. It is good to hear at least some RV dealers are getting it right

Until you fill out your dealer survey, their net cost is affected by their customer rating. Then we will see if they call ... I bet all you hear is Crickets.
