Does anyone have a vibrating sound when a fan(?) comes on in a double door refrigerator? Any suggestions?

We have the same double door fridge. You can hear it kick in when it's running but there is no vibration.

There are two 12 volt fans on the back side of your refrigerator at the top. If you take off the top grill and look down you will see them. I had one of them that was very noisy when it ran I change both of them and had no more problems.

As j1251b states there are two fans that can be accessed by removing the top grill from the outside of the trailer. Evidently Redwood gets the fans from the supplier with the lowest bid so we get noisy fans.
There are two solutions:
1) Try re-mounting the existing fans and use rubber bushings to help dampen the vibrations.
or
2) Replace the noisy fans with quieter, high quality fans.

I noticed the noise during our PDI and mentioned it the tech. He re-mounted the fans with rubber bushings and it made a big difference. Any sort of vibration dampening material can be used if you choose to remount the fans.
I may tackle the water pump next. Maybe some rubber bushings will quiet that thing down.

Thanks for your response. But since you have the same refrigerator, let me ask if the doors seem to have a tight seal, and does the freezer crate a vaccumm whenyou close the door?
