Where did you see the packages listed? Is that what a dealer told you or do you a build sheet that lists the packages?

This is from their website:
"See your authorized dealer for more details. Optional equipment is model-specific."

The only package they list is the Residential Appliance Package.

I do knew w their website is not really a wealth of information. You may need to call Redwood Customer Service and ask them.

I just ordered a new RW. My dealer had a spec sheet that we used when ordering it. There were some packagaes that are required. The spec sheet itemizes each package and what they contain. Not sure about the Winter package but I can tell you about the Parks package when i get to work on Monday if it is helpfull.

This should cover what the park package was in 2013. I don't know what the winter package was...they talk about the climate climate package on the next page, but those were standard.

Thanks for that list I do have some of them but not everything on it. I'm thinking the winter package is heated tanks and others. I will call Monday.

Its not. Redwood heats the underbelly with the furnace, but they don't offer tank heaters.

I just checked the option sheet that I ordered my 2016 from. It is not part of a package but they do offer Holding Tank Heating Pads as an option retail $395. I am not sure if I will use them but I added the option.

12v and supposedly converts to 110 when plugged in but haven't tested to confirm

Ah thanks. I was curious.

The converter takes over all the 12V when plugged in to 110V, so that would make sense.
