Questionable Trailer Lift

I recently saw a Redwood at a truck/trailer repair place being lifted with a jack beneath the front axle. ??? What do you think?

If not under the spring mount it will now need a new front axel.

Have done it for years directly under the springs, NEVER anywhere but directly under the springs.
Also as mentioned in the other post on the subject, now use the level up raise it.
