2012 3500HD Duramax tows level but added the Firestone air bags to smooth out the ride and to aim the headlights where there supposed to be at night. TS3 Trailer saver hitch to make everything float on air behind the truck. ZERO Bucking!! All air pressures adjusted from inside the truck.

2010 GMC DURAMAX 2500 4x4, no airbags, heavy duty towing package, Michelin tires, level ride, little bucking. Wife monitors forum in town while I'm driving.

Get a F450/4500 or bigger and you want have to add all this stuff to get suspension to keep from bottoming out, My suspension works great from factory on both the truck and Redwood.

2013 F350 DRW moved the Airbags over from the SRW. Don't need the bags for weight, truck sits level with 36RL hitched. The bags smooth out the ride both loaded and unloaded and the biggest thing is that when you come off a bridge or down into a dip and back up, there is none or very little of the bucking up and down and white knuckles.That alone is worth the price of admission.

When unloaded, I run 12 lbs in them and when loaded 73 lbs.when unloaded it takes the sharp bumps out of the back and the truck rides great.

We have 08 F250 SRW witboth Camper and Heavy Tow Packages We also have 5K Air Lift bags and adjustable pressure in the cab. Smoother Ride and better control when turning.
