Our first big excursion will be a 60 day caravan tour of Alaska with our 201336 RL. I do not have the 8k axles. Do I need to be concerned?

Thanks

Rick

You have a Redwood and a warranty, I am leaving my coach just like I bought it. My Good Sam's maintenance picks up where Redwood leaves off. NO WORRY HERE.

At our local RV shows we have attended Alaska presentations by guys that lead caravans every year and they only mention to ensure the rig is well maintained and you have good tools.

We also checked out the RV parks when up in Skagway earlier this month. We talked to a chap that just arrived and he had no problems with the roads.

Rick, we may see you on the Road. We're scheduled for a 59 day trip starting mid June. We then do a 33 day Western parks and end up in New Mexico for 10 days at the Balloon Rally. We've upgraded to the 8K Mor/ryde IS system and have installed 17.5 wheels with GY G114 "H" rated tires. We understand the biggest thing to watch out for is the Frost Heaves in the roads, hear they can shake filling out of you teeth if you hit them going too fast. Slow and easy is the key.
