Smile Outside TV

Good evening all

We have a 2015 38RL with the outside TV. Can see where the antenna wire is plugged into the wall under the buffet table in the cabinet. Does anyone know where it goes from there? So we can hook it up to our satellite system. We have it hooked up in the living room thus far. Thank you for your time

If you look in the library above, there is a satellite wiring diagram that will give you a general idea how things are wired. On our coach (2015 38RL) we have the sat receiver in the living room, use the "jumper" wire from the RF output on the receiver to feed our bedroom and exterior TV. The catch is you need an RF remote, to control the receiver when not in the living room. Hope that helps a little.

If your rig is wired like mine, you should see 2 coax cables, one grey and one orange.
The gray cable is for cable or OTA signal. It runs through out the rig to all TV's. There is an amplifier (switched) in the bedroom that should be on for OTA or off for cable.

The orange is for satellite. On my rig it is a straight run from the living room TV to the outside TV. Satellite systems don't like splitters, so this gives you one of several straight runs without splitters. The other straight runs include:
1. Convenience center direct to living room TV
2. Convenience center direct to bedroom TV
3. Roof direct to living room TV
4. Roof direct to bedroom TV

Hope that helps.

On my 36RL the outside TV antenna comes from the bedroom. When they installed the Traveler a coax line was brought down in the bedroom closet to the left of the window and a splitter connected for the bedroom and outside TV.

Thank you for your quick response, still trying to figure it out.

Thank you for your quick response, still trying to figure it out. By the way the "Convenience center" is where?

Convenience center is where your valves, water and coax cable connections are.

I connected my antena coax from the booster to the direct box in the bedroom for the outside tv.lt shows the same program on the outside and bedroom tv at the same time. Being just the 2 of us I set the channel I want on the bedroom tv shut it off and go ouside to watch my sports. The living room is off its own box
