LP leak detector went off

Just sitting in the chair watching TV and all of a sudden the LP leak Detector went off. Verified there was no propane leaking into the trailer. Shut off supply to trailer just to make sure. Alarm would not stop until it was reset.

Has anyone ever had this happen randomly?

Yes has happened to us not in the RW but our previous MH. I used the vacuum to clean around the sensor. I was told that dust will sometimes cause a problem it never did it again. Not sure if that was the fix but it worked for us.

I had that happen & eventually it happened in closer & closer intervals. By the time I could order replacement, it wanted to activate every time I had power to it. Bought new one from Amazon which fixed my issue.
