Lost Roof Cap

On my last trip, I lost a cap from the roof. It is approximatey 5-6" in diameter and sits over the ceiling fan in our living room of the 38RL. I know this is the size as there is an identical cap in the front of the unit over the bedroom. Does anyone know what these roof penetrations are called and/or where I might find a cap? I will call RW tech tomorrow to see if they can help

Thanks in advance,

Sorry to hear your troubles. Mushroom cap or stink pipe cover is what they are. Relatively inexpensive and easy to install.

That cover just threads on, so when you get a replacement (sorry you have to purchase the entire assembly approx $12 to $15) add some RTV or Silicone Sealant to the threads.
Been there done that with our Montana.

I lost both mine before I got home from Texas at delivery. Not sure how they made it from Indiana to Texas.

I just replaced mine on the fly with these I got from Camping World, and they are still there

You just squeeze the metal tabs into the pipe and push it on. The tension from the metal tabs hold them tight.

Well now we have to determine which vent Easy is talking about, the Attic Vent (2 of them approx 5 or 6" dia cover) or the smaller Drain/Holding Tank vents.

It's the attic vent. Will have to buy whole thing. Thanks to ask for help.
