Hi Everyone, We will be traveling with our cat, and are wondering where to put her litter box in the rv. We have tried twice to toilet train her, but no luck.. She will get just so far, but she won't poop in the toilet. For those of you who have cats, where do you keep your litter boxes? Thanks for your thoughts.

It will depend on which unit you have. We travel with 4 American Shorthairs andput a litter box on each side of the table base (we have a free standing table, was special ordered) and they fit right under the chairs. BTW, we very seldom eat at the table.

We have a 36FL model and we will be travelling the entire summer with 2 cats. We will place the litter boxes in the bathroom closet as we did not have a washer/dryer installed. I will modify the closed wall and install a "kitty" door so the main closet door does not have to remain open. We have a similar set up in our home. Will provide pictures when done.

Kate, Well then we're almost neighbors. We're down in the Dansville area and do most of out major shopping in Rochester.

We put the litter box at the foot of the bed. Kitty does not use it at night and as long as you keep it clean, no smell. Tried the kitchen under the table, she did not like that spot. Our first trip with the new rig. Great Fun

Nice job Ben. My cat will not use the litterbox in a dark confined area. We also use that closet for storing things besides the folding kitchen stairs

I posted a link to my kittle litter door entry and a link to some improvements we made which included a towel rack in the bathroom, and an undercounter coffee maker in the kitchen. If only the towel rack picture appeared, I certainly screwed up. I will try to repost with correct data.
