Leveling System blown fuse

Having a blown fuse problem with leveling system. When raising jacks, system slows and then turns off. Jacks are not up completely. Restart and complete raising jacks. Travel to next stop and fuse is blown. Replace fuse and lower jacks, no problems. Then repeat above to retract. Blown fuse at next stop. Just started having this problem and wondering if due to cold weather causing strain on hydraulic pump. Any suggestions??

What year model RW? Just helped a fellow owner with same issue on his '12 by relocating that wire with the fuse directly to the battery & replacing one of the relays/breakers from 40 amp to 80, this was as per instructions from Lippert. Let me know if you need more & I'll get photos for you.

Traveling Texan, Thanks. Mine is also a 2012. Where is the relay/fuse located. In the battery compartment? I will look tomorrow and fix as instructed. Thanks again from a Fellow Texan.

Good deal - us Texan have to stick together with the way they call football games

Dunno about a blown fuse, but the cold certainly puts a strain on the auto retract...
When we were leaving The Vineyards in Grapevine the wife following me called and said one of the jacks is not up... and sure enough it's the right rear one that is the last for us to see !!!

Just like when putting the jacks down, which we could reverse the order

I do recall seeing this, so now my walk around is a lil more critical !

We had an issue with a 10 amp fuze on our first trip in 2012, have not had any issues since. However, we did have an issue with the touch pad, the button that operates the front level legs did not work and we had to purchase another pad. Easily installed and system seems to work OK but does anyone know how to recalibrate the level up system?

There is a section in the Lippert manual for the jacks that tells you how to recalibrate

Ken, yes it's in the battery compartment, but I'll have to look at which cable had the breaker, I know the small wire with the fuse went directly from battery to the solenoid/trombetta thing. My friend is parked next door, but it's raining now, I'll have look & get back to you.
