iN-command zone

what is the "zone" on our in-command control panel? We ran out of propane, while at work today. My husband, had the TWO tanks refilled. I had turned off our living room, (main) Suburban unit. The other unit is electric and it also was not working. After he reinstalled the two tanks, he logged into the command center to turn the unit on. Nothing would happen. He turned the command center off and back on. Nothing and the zone is reading -F. A breaker was tripped. OH LAW, what have we done, sniff, sniff. Any help would be appreciated. We have a 2019 3901MB and new owners since Oct.
