The said the pin locks the axel in place so you cant adjust any movement on it. Maybe the where wrong?

True, they would not be able to slide the axle one way or another on the spring, but if your axles aren't square to the frame thats a spring mounting issue, not alignment. All they can do is adjust camber and toe in, and they do it by attaching rams to the axles and bending them.

Yes the guy at the place did mention the bending of the axel but, he got under there and said that on the legend plates said do not bend or something similar.

I had a spring stack pin completely shear off and the axle slid back. Redwood shipped a replacement axle and the camber was 3/4" out. Redwood shipped a second axle and the camber was out even further. My dealer had a heavy truck shop bend it to get it correct and billed Redwood. Don't know the outcome of that. Tracking on both axles was correct, but camber was out.

So I guess if it is a tracking issues, the spring hangers are probably mounted wrong. Do they measure exactly the same on both sides?

Last year I put in the IS, thinking I would be traveling a lot. Things changed this year and the Redwood is sitting on a seasonal lot up in Wisconsin. All summer I would look at my H rated tires and IS suspension, thinking "Smart Move Scott" On the other hand, I did put a couple thousand miles on it in spring and they were stress free miles not having to think of the under carriage.

We put the IS system on in 2015, I have no regrets, we traveled all over the Western US and after sitting in Florida for almost a year, recently left briefly because of hurricane Irma.
Greased the IS system, which is only 4 zerks, used a bottle jack, what a pleasure, and stopped in Boloxi @ Southern Tire, and added about 8 lbs of Nitrogen to my tires, not bad for two years use. RW rides great and tracks true.
