I ordered our 2013 36 RL with one heat pump. Occasionally I am attempting to run the heat pump in the morning to removed the chill. (Northern Wisconsin summer). The heat pumps starts up and then almost immediately cuts overtothe gas forced air unit. How can I keep the heat pump running. Any ideas?

Thanks

What is the outside temperature? The heat pump does not work well below about 43 degrees and will switch over to the furnace.

If you set the temp higher than two or three degrees at a time the furnace will come on
