Go-West RV Centre recently installed a Go-Power solar system and a new A/C unit for us and I wanted to ensure I reviewed their work. They did a great job and ensured we understood the operation of both systems. They are quick to tell you what you don’t need and don’t pressure you into more work than what is needed. Their maintenance shop manager “B” is very friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to drop by and talk to them. If you are heading into Vancouver BC they are located just outside on the main highway in Coquitlam. They are also down the road to a casino if you need to kill some time. It is difficult to find a trustworthy RV shop that can get you back on the road quickly. I highly recommend using Go-West as a maintenance shop for your RV.<?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" />

During the process of reviewing many RV sales locations to purchase a unit we came across a bad review for Go-West RV Centre. The customer indicated that Go-West had switched out their tires after they purchased them and gave them ones with less tread and in their words worse. We actually bought a unit from Go-West and I watched the tire situation closely. The tires that were on the unit were acceptable with great tread. They did have some spider web cracking but according to the tire manufacturer representative I spoke to it was acceptable and safe. When I mentioned this to the sales team they decided to switch them out – no questions asked. The tires they put on were newer in age with slightly less tread but zero spider web cracking. It is important that RV buyers realize it is not the tread that indicates how good a tire is. Most RV tires are removed after 5-6 years because the tire is breaking down inside not because it is going bald. Those who are going to leave a bad review should ensure they do their research first. I was extremely happy with the RV purchase at Go-West and the maintenance team has been extremely helpful with all our questions. Give “B” a call if you have any maintenance questions or need a reliable and trustworthy maintenance team.

Good information on Go-West. I will put their name on file if we ever need service in their area. I also would like to give a good recommendation to Lazydays RV in Tucson. I purchased my RW34SK from them in October and they have been fantastic in fixing/replacing the warranty issues. Just and FYI.....
