Might be a dumb question, but have to ask if you reset the GFI receptacle. There's one that controls several outlets.

That is correct. You do not have a GFI BREAKER. But you do have receptacles that are GFI. Now 1 can protect 4 - 5 plugs with 1 GFI. Just reset them. And FYI -GFI plugs along with breakers need to be exercised twice a year.

there might be more than one and they are shy and like water
so may be hidden near the bath or kitchen sinks, showers, maybe even outside in the bays ????

Mines on the side of the bathroom/ lavatory cabinet & to my knowledge is the only one on mine, it controls the basement, outside, convenience center & kitchen plugs.
And those GFCI plugs do go bad occasionally.

Same with mine, a 2013 31SL. The controlling GFCI is next to the bathroom sink. Reset and the other ones should work. If it won't reset then it is doing it's job and there is an issue somewhere or a faulty GFCI.
