If you want one on the freezer just order an extra one and mount on the side of the sliding d]freezer drawer. Just an FYI all the ones I've seen on the RV lots when we were looking for our new 5'er only had them on the French doors, none of hem had any installed on the freezer drawer, I'm not sure if there is a problem with the drawer sliding open during travel.

Hey, y'all. Found this, if you haven't found it yet.
Sugatsune HC-85-S Sliding Door Latch. Looks just like Dave & Ginny's

Redwood installed this for me on Friday. Looks like the female part has an adhesive, no screws.

So the knob has a threaded rod and screws into that female part that is adhered to the fridge?

Ron, do you have the part number or how you got it from Redwood?

Thanks!

LOVE that solution !

but a child latch like This is what I was planning on putting on the freezer if it went further.

makes you unlatch it each time you open it, but pretty easy.

Old thread, but a current problem. We have the Samsung Residential french-door Fridge with the knob bolt to secure the doors and Freezer drawer. I think I tightened too much and the adhesive-attached nut came off. We have tried a couple methods to attach without any luck. Anyone else have any success reattaching?
