I went to our campground last night only to find the fridge beeping. It had a code LIOP. Norcold has had issues with the High temp switch panel as there is a recall on this. You can Google this code and see some of the issues. I called Redwood and talked to Mark Campbell this morning. Mark was very helpful and will work with a tech to get the switch replaced. This switch is on the back panel of the fridge outside in the louvered compartment. If the switch is bad a red led light will stay on as the fridge thinks the temperature is to high. Hate to have problems since the trailer is now 3 weeks old!

We had the same code but our problem was the converter as the batteries went to zero, the refrigerator light went out and that code appeared. Charged batteries, had converter replaced under warranty, no more refrigerator code.

I had the same thing happen the only problem was that Norcold will not sent out the part to anyone bit a Norcold service center I had to drag the trailer over to them for a ten minute job they wanted $200 to come to me and Norcold would not pay for it

That is what we are finding out. Redwood says this is a Norcold problem not Redwood. My tech was able to by-pass the switch so the fridge is running. Upset as the unit is only 3 weeks old and even the dealership can't hear back from Norcold.

Don't drive yourself nuts like I did I called Norclod and tried to get them to send me the box the Gal on the phone got me so PO'd that I had to have a couple of extra adult Bevs that night she started out telling me that I better not wire around it and when I told her I had it full of food she said go buy some big ice chests, So just call a Norcold Sevice Center it take about a week for them to get the part and only 10 to 15 min to snap it into place
