Flex Air Pin Box

Can someone send me a side view picture of their flex air pin box so I can see what bolt holes you are using, I believe the dealer got mine wrong. Thanks

doesn't it depend on your truck and the height/ clearance ?

I agree with Johnboy, depends on "your" truck & RW. Is the RW level when hooked up? Do have plenty of bed clearance?

Exactly how level should the Redwood be when hooked up? Mine is low in the front but I have plenty of bed clearance

Not to be a smart azz, but as level as possible assuming you have at least 6" of bed clearance. And yes, pin box should be adjusted to your TV.

I didn't know this was the case. I thought it didn't matter.

When I say, as level as possible, it comes with a warning. My pin box was adjusted so that the RW was spot on level. Unfortunately, the top of the pin box was far too close to the underside of the cap and the two bolt heads which fasten the air bag to the inside of the pin box gave a big, fat kiss to the cap's underside. This resulted in a puncturing of the fiberglass when the pin box flexed going over some deadly roadway on the NYS Thruway north of NYC.

And this turned out to be a good thing as I've found that the hole allows for drainage of the condensate from inside the cap when we're camping in sub freezing temps. I suspect pulling the front wall out of an FL model is more intensive than other models, but I really don't know for sure. In any case, it's a job that would require much more time and patience than what is available to me now.

It should be level, or it throws weight to low end, being front or back.

It also transfers more weight to the low end tires/suspension eventually causing undo wear.
