I did flush my hot water tanks and replaced the anode rod at the 1 year mark.

Worked outside until todays snow storm on the shore in CT at temps 7-20 and windy. This year has really pushed my Florida state of mind. Thinking about the rest of the nation we are very lucky. I think for a lot of us the Four Season feature of our coaches is a moog point when the weather has it's own thoughts. Spring will bet here someday! (Yeah!)

Just finished our 1 year inspection at Lazydays in Tucson. Passed with flying colors except for 1 set of brakes (auto function seemed to be faulty. Down to 1/10" with only 5,000 miles). Called RW. They are going to cover it! Happy days, are here again...!

I believe I heard that 60% of the nation is under snow.......this spring there's going to be floods.

Given the droughts for the last few years....

pump it down here we are happy with ANY precipitation !!!

We are not as bad as some - just moderate drought here in the dfw area --
but most lakes are below normal even after a LOT of rain to start off the year http://special.wfaa.com/discoverboat...exaslakes.html
