Just brought mine in for my 1 year maintenance and roof inspection. Crossroads approved Berryland RV in Hammond, Louisiana. It is a cry better from where I bought it, It spend 2 months for a 6 month check=up. They said they will get it in Tuesday and shouldn't be over a few days with the service. They are doing everything on my Crossroads Redwood check list plus a few items I had. A clean place with plenty of techs. It is also close to the house at I-55 and I-12 hub. Getting ready for the Southern winter RVing.

Good deal you found someone close Buddy -
I would suggest you stay away - far away from Dixie or the RV Shop,

my sister and Bro-in-law has had nothing but issue with them both.... would go into detail but they are in litigation over it...

I can use Camping World at Dixie on a emergency, but not Dixie. Berryland has a great service department with older experienced workers. Plus it is on the way to Fairview, Fountainbleau, ect.

Let me know how the service goes with Berryland. I am in Bossier City La and really do not want to take it back to the dealer I purchased from. Ididn't think the techs were that great. I am looking for someone I can take it to in Jan for the annual inspection and some other things that need to be done.

Rick,
thought of coming to ExploreUSA in Canton, Tx for that ? Is a lot closer to you than BR or Hammond...
in fact, I am in DFW area and you, from another state, could get there before I do

They are a BIG Redwood dealer and there is a GREAT Campground in Canton - Mill Creek RV Ranch - http://millcreekranchresort.com/

My only issue with ExploreUSA is that @ any one time they can have as much as a 6 week waiting list for service... but other than that they've taken care of me...

Berryland brought it in a bay in 3 days and promised they would have it back to me within two weeks, unless they are waiting for parts from Crossroads which this stay doesn't need. It is 35 miles to Hammond and 50 miles to Carencro, La. with bad roads and dealership there. I camp at Fairview State Park a lot and Berryland RV is between Home and the park. I will let you know how fast I get it back, it went in the bay this morning. They are doing everything on the list for yearly service including repacking the bearings, roof, slides, leveling system, ect.

It will be interesting to see how long it takes, how much it costs and if they did everything correctly. Please let me know how it goes.

I made reservation at Fairview State Park from 11/8/13 - 11/11/13 for my birthday November 10th. We are at Premium Campsite #62 right by the River and bathhouse.

My RV has been finished and I pick it up from Berryland RV this morning, They did everything on the yearly checklist, including re-caulking the roof and repacking bearings at no charge to us. They were in constant contact with Crossroads and said they had no problems with approvals on everything requested by us. I wish they sold Redwood, I would have bought from them because I already knew of their reputation of great service. Maybe they will get the Redwood dealer for Louisiana, because where I bought is a joke as far as service.
Happy, Happy, Happy as Duck Dynasty says.

That is great! I'm shocked they paid for the bearing pack.
