Bedroom slide sync

When at the factory for the first annual inspection of our 36FB we were told how to sync the bedroom slide if the two sides got out of sync. We neglected to write that formula down. Does anyone out there have that information? Thank you.

Do you mean that they slide out at differing speeds and/or one doesn't slide out all the way?

Ron Howard, from the Crossroads Service Center advised us in order to sync the controllers for the electric slides in the bedroom, to bring the slide all the way in and then run it in and out an inch. Do this three times and the controllers will automatically reset. If one side of the slide is coming in unequal to the other side, he said to unplug the offending controller an run the slide in until it's equal to the other side and then plug the controller back in. On our 2012. RL, the controllers are located to the left of the conscience center on the shelves with the netting.

Thank you for your responses. In my case, the two sides were uneven. This had happened on our way from Washington to Indiana for the inspection. I didn't get the information on unplugging one side to even things out but did get the information that I did not write down, and now will, about the in and inch and out an inch three times to resync the controller. I'm not having a problem at this time, but wanted to insure that if I do, I can look up how to fix it. Thanks again for the responses.

If you look in the service manual for that slide system, there is a service function you can access thru the controller in the basement. There's a little button that you press X-number of times to get different functions. Had to make use of the manual function last spring as when we got ready to leave the bedroom/washer-dryer slide would come all the way in. Got it into manual mode, slide in, and repaired later that morning (a pin had pulled out of the connector housing) along with the yearly inspection.
