Just catching up - did you say you had no lights or fridge without batteries, but you were plugged into AC?

Gots to be fuses to the converter........

Let us know!

Hi AA.

That's correct. I just got out of the basement to locate and the converter, but I'll be darned if it's there. I do see the backend of the circuit breaker panel with tons of cabling going to all different places but I don't see the converter!

Oh man, they do move those around a bit. It has to be close to the breaker panel.

I just got off the phone with the Crossroads Technical Team. I spoke with Chris who was very helpful. He told me that the style of converter I have (Progressive PD4590K18L) is an all inclusive unit, which includes the convertor (hence I can't find it in the basement). After some troubleshooting, he told me that it must be replaced. It's under warranty, so no worries there. Looks like I'll be using a battery charger connected to the battery this Thanksgiving week.
Thanks guys for all your advice. I really appreciate it!
-Jack

hahaha- shows how silly I am - that is the one I have. Guess I'm thinking back to my Montana days. Sorry if I misled you on location!

Dave, I think that change to the combined unit was when they stopped putting the access plate in Dads toolbox.

Its integral with the breaker panel. On mine it is in the bottom cupboard by the front door.

boy they do change things up all the time. My 2012 is on the other side of dad's toolbox. I mounted my inverter right next to it.
