Basement chair storage ideas

Does anyone out there have any great ideas for multiple chair storage??? Preferably something that the chairs could stand on their sides and not have to lay them down.
Pictures would be a big help
Thanks

I have the 2 folding chairs for the kitchen table on their side in the basement. Bungee strapped to the front shelves.

I have our camp chairs upright and bungee strapped to the back wall in the basement with a removable shelf unit next to them.

If you can protect the walls, there is a ton of room behind the dining chairs on both sides, at least on ours without the buffet style table. I used to secure my camp chairs there bungeed to a dining chair, but we later moved them to the basement.

I built a shelf that rests on the top of the washer and dryer and our folding chairs are stored in that hall closet on the shelf

We place ours in the slide out drawer underneath the couch.

I went to home depot and got 2 black drawer handles and screwed them into the back wall of the basement about 18" off the ground and about 36" wide.. I lay 4 chairs in there on thier ends with the flats against the rear wall and use a 1" pull strap to secure them... Works great.. Will send a picture. Soon

We have ours hooked in also with a bungee's BUT after we get weighed at the Rally this will let me know if I am able to create some rear storage. Unfortunately......we were so excited about the RW when we purchased it that we didn't realize that the FL has almost no basement storage that we were so used to on the MH. Besides the front compartment since we don't have a gen set we only have one on the door side and does not go through to the other side. TV is also located in here so very limited. If I still have some room to play with on weight my plan is to build a combination storage box, bike rack and cord real off the back.

Wife made a rack out of pvc pipe that lets us store the outdoor chairs and dog pen on their side in the storage area.half of the storage area is still open to lay outdoor mats and other items flat.
Will try to take pictures tomorrow.

I mounted 3 metal closet rods spaced evenly front to back in our basement. This allows me to store longer flat items like our chairs and collapsible ladder. I then hung a wire rack (made for carrying car items on a car roof), from the closet rods using light chain and S hooks. This gave us additional storage space in what is typically dead space between items on the floor and the basement ceiling. The whole system is modular as you can easily raise, remove or lower the wire rack and the closet rods can be removed easily if you need to pull down one or more of the basement walls for service.

I think the question was more about chair storage in the basement, but when we got our 38RL we found the best place to store our two spare folding chairs for the dinning table was behind the couch! There is a perfect void in the back of it where the two chairs fit perfectly; leg to leg and seats inward. (not sure how to edit picture to rotate the view - sorry) I push the couch back to the wall after...

Thats a good idea! I never thought of that. It would have freed up that drawer under the couch.

This is what I do . . There are 2 folding recliners, and 2 folding chairs there.. all 6 of them only take up about 12"-14" of floor space...
