Basement access

What is the best way to get access to the duct work to the bedroom in a 13 36FB? What do you remove, are all walls removable, and is the ceiling removable? Thanks

See my post in "Heat floor vent in bedroom". No need to remove basement ceiling.

The basement wall comes down pretty easy with about 20 screws hidden in the carpet.
