38RE 2017 - roof cracking

Our 2 year old RW 38RE roof has 2-3 inch cracks all around the edge above the rain railing that you can see from the ground. Any hints how to fix?

First, keep it covered to keep water out. Second, contact the dealer and/or the roof material manufacturer. It should be covered under warranty. Be prepared, you will be questioned about what you did and didn't use to clean and preserve the roof with.

Can you post pictures of this? Is the non sag seal cracking or is your unit full body paint and the paint is cracking because it really doesn't stick well to the rubber on the radius part over the gutter rail?

If you can't keep it covered, use some Dicor non sagging lap sealant to seal it up. Self leveling Dicor lap sealant really isn't needed for this. Take lots of pictures first.
