36RE CO Detector Location?

Can't seem to locate it. I am getting a periodic long loud beep. Seems to be coming from the ceiling area around the fridge. Not LP as gas was turned off, not smoke detector. Happened yesterday after DW cleaned and this am when she was in shower. Have no idea what it is.

Is it possible it was your convection oven ?!?!

Someone reported phantom cycling of theirs and they unplugged it until it was replaced....

intermittent things are the hardest to catch....
Maybe set up a video recorder good luck !

Check that the fridge doors are fully closed, as it does have an alarm that sounds after a few minutes. If the doors are closed also check that they are closing the switch on the inside.

I recall seeing discussion on some other forums about fridge door alarm issues. Might want to try a google search.

If I remember the CO is combined with the LP detector in that black box on the end of the island.

Does sound like the fridge though. I've gotten them every once in a while for low Batt or low flo from the propane. No fault of the fridge, just stuff I was doing while the fridge was on.

We had a habit of not completely closing the frig doors COMPLETELY. (Because the seals are so good when new). We now just shoulder or fore arm them once done inside. No more alarms.
In one of our motorhomes we had issues with the co detector. Found out that it was sensitive to something used in construction. Fixed with a little ventilation everyday. Also healthier.
