So you actually agree - price does not matter. Regardless of price, you are saying the craftspeople building units should have pride in the workmanship, and regardless of price, you agree the industry typically does not have that pride based on evidence of how the units are delivered.

All I was saying is folks that expect a higher level of "quality and craftsmanship" in a $150K unit versus a $30K unit may be in for a big surprise. The material and design may be better on the higher priced unit, but I still hear the same complaints about how they are put together.

This is true about all industries that I've been watching. The bottom line comes before the production line. Profit is not bad, that's how the free system works but it has been pushed to the extreme. The more, more, more chant in the board rooms of our great country seems to have a deaf ear towards this problem of having a better product. One can only hope that someday when all these heads of companies wake up they suddenly have acquired a conscience. Ha ha?! Happy New Year All!
