2013 36rl awning question

My awning arm broke and I need to order a replacement, does anyone know who the manufacturer is for the awning or the model # for the 2013 Redwood 36rl?

It should be a Carefree traveler model. Not sure model # you can contact them and they should be able to help. Or call Tiara and give them your vi# and the may be able to get make and model

What part broke? Mine broke too but I think I can fix mine with out paying $650 for a new arm. That repair should be underway in the next few days. I will post pictures when I do it.

Can you send pictures of what part is broken?

This was my fix. I now have to remove all parts and paint everything except the Allen heads. Everything is stainless steel

Carefree wanted $600 for a complete arm assembly because the cast aluminum (super cheap pot metal) is not available to purchase.
